I was desperately searching to replace my daughter's favorite blanket, which was becoming very ragged and worn. It was out of production for some time, and none of the outlet stores had it in stock. The categorization and ease of browsing through the online shop was never frustrating like other websites; clicking on the back button brought you back to the last page viewed and even on the last item viewed on that page; unlike some sites where the back button gets you back all the way to the beginning and you find yourself constantly trying to find the last page you were on, etc. Also, finding things in the right size is a breeze. I was very happy with the items I purchased from Rascals Resale. I think the owner takes great care in describing the quality and condition of the clothing. We just recieved the clothes we ordered for our 10 month old daughter yesterday in the mail. They are so cute. I love good quality clothes for my kids but, with six kids, four of which are still at home buying quality clothing that is new can really put a dent in the pocketbook. I am so happy to see many of the brands I love on this site. WhaT'S more I love the fact that you don't have to have a credit card and can use paypal to order items. The only thing that could make this site better was if you offered more items in bigger kids sizes, such as teen sizes. I have a 15 y/o son and an 11 y/o son plus a 13 y/o daughter in addition to the baby still at home and it would be wonderful to be able to buy good quality clothing for them on-line also. I found the website to be very user-friendly, making my shopping experience simple and enjoyable. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add purchasing media other than credit cards. A lot of people still feel uncomfortable giving out their credit card numbers!
